Andrew Thomas Is Done And so Are The Giants

The Giants season has gone from on life support to dead with one injury that I had to google. Between The Mets and The Giants, I could probably get a doctorate from all the weird diseases and injuries I have had to google over the years.

I did a quick google search of a “Lisfranc injury” and I still don’t fully understand what it is. Maybe I jumped the gun on the whole “I could get my doctorate” thing. There’s a reason I work in sales and try to become a professional blogger. Anyway, seems like it is some bone that I have never heard of before being dislocated in the foot. I left a picture diagram that was the first picture that came up on google for you.

Ok, so Andrew Thomas is out. How will The Giants move around the line? Will they move Eluemunor to the left? Will Evan Neal be put on the field for a redemption tour? Nope. Neither of those things that make sense

Remember that guard who was an absolute liability playing left tackle last year that Daniel Jones broke his neck? Yea, that’s the guy they’re putting back out there.

For those who are unaware, if Daniel Jones get hurt this year another $23 MILLION of his contract becomes guaranteed. I do not think it is an overreaction to say that Jones should just be benched at this point. He doesn’t make the offense better and that money is WAY more important than playing a slightly better player than Drew Lock. Ezeudu has already committed attempted murder against Jones before, who’s to say he won’t do it again?

At least it is just the one injury, right? WRONG!

Nabers is back practicing – no contact yet. But that’s still good news.

Dexter Lawrence and Brian Burns both did not practice due to injuries and according to Brian Daboll are “Day-to-Day”. Not sure if you have ever paid any attention to what Daboll says about injuries, but that means they aren’t playing on Sunday. That is bad – very bad – very very bad. Saquon Barkley will rush for 850 yards and 17 touchdowns without Dexter Lawrence in the middle.
